I offer Fixed fee Services quotes based on prior years return, forms 990 and 990EZ and financial statements, if needed, and the condition of the information submitted. I will quote a fixed fee which will not be exceeded. The only exception would be, if information is not a as warranted and then only with your permission.

The new filing requirements for nonprofits are completely different from what they were just two (2) years ago. Board of Directors policies have been strengthened to make the board more accountable. Additionally there are more written policy requirements than ever before.
